“Vulnerability can transform emotional pain into connection”

Therapeutic Approach
As a psychodynamic therapist, my approach integrates psychodynamic principles with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and supportive psychotherapy, with a strong emphasis on relational components. I believe that exploring the dynamics of past and present relationships—particularly attachment patterns and relational behaviors—can offer deep insights into current struggles. By combining psychodynamic exploration with the practical tools of CBT and DBT, I help clients understand and transform unconscious patterns, while also developing healthier coping strategies and emotional regulation.
In addition, I incorporate a social justice framework into my work, recognizing how systemic issues, cultural factors, and power dynamics can impact individual experiences and well-being. This holistic approach fosters self-awareness, healing, and personal growth within a supportive, collaborative environment, where the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a powerful tool for change. By considering both individual and societal factors, I aim to empower clients to navigate their inner and outer worlds with greater insight, resilience, and agency.
