I see patients both in-person at my office in the Flat Iron District and also virtually through a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform, ensuring secure and confidential consultations from the comfort of your home.
How do I know if this is a right fit?
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help determine if we're a good match. During this session, we’ll discuss the reason you’re seeking therapy, I’ll explain my approach to therapy, and we’ll review fees. This time allows us to see if my services align with your needs and if we’re a good fit moving forward.
How much will sessions cost?
Fees will be discussed during our free 15-minute consultation, where we’ll go over the details and ensure you have a clear understanding of the costs. If needed, I can also offer a sliding scale fee to accommodate your financial situation. My goal is to make therapy accessible while providing the support you need.
Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider and I’m happy to provide a superbill for clients with out-of-network (OON) benefits. This allows you to submit the superbill to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company to confirm coverage and reimbursement options.
